Why Do My Ears Itch When I Eat Honey

mango and avocado salad Special Week

A small fresh salad buffet to complement my birthday



Ingredients for 8: 2 mangoes

3 lawyers
250gr spinach
5 tablespoons tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 lime Salt and pepper


Peel mangoes and avocados, cut into slices and then diced.
Prepare the sauce by mixing oil of sesame, sweet chili and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the dice mango and avocado. Marinate 1 hour. Add the spinach just before serving (otherwise they soften).
Stir well.
