Ingredients :
125 g dark chocolate 80 g butter
100 g caster sugar 4 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 / 2 packet of baking powder 200 g raspberries

Preheat oven thermostat to 160 ° C
In a bowl, combine the chocolate and butter into pieces to melt in the microwave.
Mix.
Add sugar and stir.
Break eggs and add yolks one by one.
Add flour and baking powder.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir-
the chocolate mixture gently to avoid breaking them.
in a silicone mold, pour half of mixture. Ask
over raspberries and cover with remaining chocolate mixture.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
When the cake is cooked, let cool, then unmold.
Melt chocolate in a bain marie or microwave and mix to smooth it.
Cover the cake with chocolate sauce and refrigerate to harden chocolate.
You can serve with a raspberry sorbet.
